Rule 34.

Everyone has standards.

Everyone has standards.

I, and anonymous folk on the internet, have noticed a distinct pattern within tumblr.  Many of you tumblrs and hipsters tumbling through these internet blogs have developed a habit of taking random - often desaturated photos - of all kinds of crap, and then editing in vague non-committal statements that do not relate to and often contradict the subject of the photo itself.  Usually these statements are depressing or have implications that the writer or poster is sad.  Many people refer to this act as bawwing because of its depressing nature - similar to the depressing nature of crying. However, with any popular fad comes a backlash.  This particular backlash edits the photo a second time to add in statements that correct, over-shaddow, or point out stupidity within the original baww picture.  In many circles (4chan), this backlash is dubbed anti-baww or anti-tumblr.  However, I prefer to call it fixing tumblr.
So now that I am posting more material from my own hard drive, I will be devoting effort to archiving this great and hilarious art form of fixing tumblr.  I hope you enjoy.
